How to Use Rajamudi Rice ?

  • Rinse and soak for 1–2 hours before cooking

NOTE: If using a pressure cooker, use 2 cups of water for every cup of Rajamudi Rice.

To cook Rajamudi Rice without pressure cooker, rinse the rice, take the soaked rice, use 1:2.5 ratio of rice to water [1 cup of rice to 2 ½ cups of water], bring water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, then cover the pot, and simmer for 10-15 mins or until the rice is cooked.
