For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or registered parcel service by India post only. The Pincode decides the serviced area by the courier companies or India Post. Accordingly the service of the respective partner will be chosen.
Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. It allows the customer to cancel their order in 12 hours. The shipment is dependent on the Pincode it needs to reach. The delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company / India Post office norms.
Kalagura Gampa is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / India Post authorities. Kalagura Gampa guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or India Post authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment. The delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, whichever is the earliest.
When the order is in transit, Direct cancel request (or) OTP Verified Cancel by the customer. For these Orders, we can't refund the full amount. we will deduct the RTO(Return) charges. After deduction of these charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. it will credit to the customer within 7-12 days.
The RTO(Return) shipment, will be resend to the customer after the customer request confirmation. but the Customer will pay the Resend shipping charges. When these orders in transit. if again the customer wants to cancel this shipment. We will deduct the Resend shipping charges and RTO Charges. After deduction of these charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. it will credit to the customer within 7-12 days.
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). The delivery may mismatch due to incorrect address and Pincode. Kalagura Gampa is not responsible for the address errors.
Kalagura Gampa maintains high standards in packaging. Kalaguragampa is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
The international shipping needs additional permissions and licenses. We are not doing any of the international shipping now.
Kalagura Gampa uses Razorpay and other online payment systems for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards / debit cards / UPI etc are accepted.
Any payment related issues need to be sorted out with the payment gateway or the customer bank. Kalagura Gampa is responsible only when the payment is captured into the Kalagura Gampa account.

Kalagura Gampa picks the e-mail ID provided by the customer to communicate. If the customer provides the incorrect e-mail ID and the message reaches other than the customer, Kalagura Gampa is not responsible for the privacy of the customer.
Anyone who receives e-mail communications without placing an order with Kalagura Gampa due to incorrect mail ID provided, needs to be informed to Kalagura Gampa within 24 hours. Kalagura Gampa will ensure to correct the e-mail ID within 72 hours.
The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time.
Kalagura Gampa doesn’t provide services on all religious festivals and national holidays. The shipping and deliveries do not happen on these days.
