History:- The origin of ghee in the Ayurveda is described in a beautiful story where Prajapati, lord of creatures, rubbed his hands together to create the first ghee and poured it into flames to create his offspring. The milk used to make our ghee is from A2 variety cow i.e desi cows who produce the A2 beta casein protein.Hence it is suitable for people with lactose intolerance. It also contains higher amounts of protein, vitamins and minerals. This milk has better digestive properties and higher nutritional value. All of our milk is sourced fresh from local farmers.
